Hiring Accountant/Bookkeeper

About the Role:

Candidates must be available for travelling to USA from minimum of six (6) months maximum of three (3) years. We are looking for people with a Master's or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with CPA or planning to get one this year. As an Accounting Specialist, your role would involve managing and analyzing financial information for individuals, businesses, or organizations. You would be responsible for ensuring the accurate recording of financial transactions, preparing financial statements, prospectus, tax planning, working with CFP in order to enhance lives and assist tax planning strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Must have Master or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

  • CPA license or planning to take this year [must prepare to take the
    USA “Uniform Certified Public Accounting” exam]

  • Fresh Graduates can apply

  • Passport

  • Have a visa or willing to process a visa with the company assistance

  • Must be available for travelling to USA

  • Willing to work on night shift (US hours) while in Philippines

  • Can work with minimum supervision

  • You must have an excellent internet connection and a laptop or computer

  • 100% In-house training from USA or Philippines to help you acquire new skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email and phone correspondence

  • Ethical Conduct: Upholding ethical standards and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive financial information.

  • Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions; ensure legal requirements compliance.

  • Develops system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts, defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.

  • Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.

  • Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.

  • Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries.

  • Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.

  • Maintains historical records by filing documents.

  • Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.

  • Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions.

  • Data entry in accounting involves inputting various financial and non-financial information into accounting systems or databases

  • Managing time and organizing the tasks at hand compliant with the Employer's preferences
